Kelley Baca, Broker/Owner

A licensed Real Estate Agent since 2007, Kelley Baca is passionate about helping people find their dream homes, while easing them through the exciting home buying process as seamlessly as possible. For the past few years, her focus has been on Commercial Real Estate and Multi-Unit investment properties. On numerous occasions, clients inquired about managing their rental properties, so she eventually crossed over into property management. It is her pleasure to be able to assist homeowners in caring for their investments and pairing them with the perfect tenants. 

As the daughter of a United States Marine, Kelley was born in San Diego, CA. When she was 6, her father was transferred to the San Francisco Bay Area, and it was there that she attended school and eventually met her husband. She is married to Jason Baca Sr., and they are raising their six boys together (Joseph, Alex, Owen, JJ, Levi, and Silas). It had always been a dream of theirs to move to Oklahoma to raise their children and be closer to family. In 2016, they made that dream come true.

Jason Baca Sr, Operations Manager

A general contractor for nearly a decade and possessing over 20 years in the trades, Jason Baca Sr. oversees all of the scheduling and completions of all property maintenance, repairs, improvements and remodels. He also oversees move-outs and make ready services.

Jason’s duties include inspecting properties and facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance, preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work to the proper vendors and sub contractors, supervising installations, repairs and maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.) as well as inspecting and maintaining building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)

Jason also functions as the general contractor of projects, remodels and renovations (at owners request) and otherwise coordinate and oversee projects, renovations and remodels. He always ensures adherence to a high standard of quality, health and safety regulations.

Born and raised in San Francisco, California, Jason & his family relocated to Oklahoma in 2016 to pursue a simpler lifestyle in the midwest. He prides himself on professionalism and quality craftsmanship.

Janet Uhrhan, Sales Associate

Janet Uhrhan is passionate about every aspect of Real Estate, but she has extensive experience in both ranch properties and buying, designing and selling Investment properties. She grew up in Long Island, New York, but her love of horses brought me to Oklahoma as soon as she could get here! She has shown American Paint Horses for 20 years, and has served for many years as an Oklahoma National Director for the American Paint Horse Association.

Janet graduated from the University of Oklahoma, and was recruited by the Department of Corrections as a Probation and Parole Officer under a Federal Grant to hire women into Law Enforcement. She spent 23 years as a State Peace Officer in that capacity. 

Janet retired and spent several years coordinating the ongoing counseling services for survivors of the Oklahoma City Murrah Bombing. She was then recruited as a contract Federal Investigator, completing background investigations for Federal  candidates whose positions required National Security Clearances. 

Janet & her husband are the owners of His Hands Unlimited. In this capacity, they are general contractors designing and competing all aspects of home renovations and buying, selling and renting properties.

Nirmal Joseph Singh, Leasing Assistant

As the son of a Real Estate Broker, Nirmal Joseph Singh has been raised around Real Estate pretty much his entire life. In 2017 he decided to make a career of it himself. He has always had a drive for success and helping others.

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Nirmal recently moved to Norman, Oklahoma to pursue a Real Estate career at his family’s brokerage. So far he is enjoying learning the ins and outs of Property Management, and helping investors maintain their rental properties. He works hard to always stay on the cutting edge of the latest technology in the Real Estate industry.
